  • Business information — transaction data, sales and purchase records, inventory, and staff/student records processed within our software products on your behalf.

  • Payment information — where applicable, for software licenses and paid services. We do not store full card details on our own servers.

We use the information we collect to:

  • Respond to partner and product inquiries submitted through our contact forms;
  • Provide, maintain, and support our POS, distribution, CampusPro, and BiltyPro software;
  • Handle FBR, PRA, SRB, and KPRA digital invoicing integration for the businesses we serve;
  • Improve our products and website; and
  • Send updates related to your account, project, or partnership — not marketing you haven't asked for.
